Trader Headspace is not a licensed medical or healthcare provider and does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You acknowledge that:
Some features include breathwork or light physical engagement. By participating, you confirm you are in adequate physical health and will consult a medical professional before starting any breathwork or wellness routine if you have pre-existing health concerns.
Trader Headspace is a mindset and performance tool. Nothing in the Services constitutes investment advice, trading recommendations, or financial guidance. We are not a regulated financial services provider. Any trading decisions you make are solely your own responsibility.
All trademarks, service marks, product names, and logos appearing in the Services are the exclusive property of ChaosWing LLC or their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to use our trademarks without express written permission.
Violation of these intellectual property provisions may result in immediate suspension of your account and potential legal action.
